DAY 01 TUE. London. Arrival.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Arrive. Transfer to the hotel.
Welcome to London! On arrival at the airport, we will be waiting to transfer you to the hotel. Later, our guide will give an overview of the tour or you can check the informative panels in the hotel reception area.
DAY 02 WED. London.-
HIGHLIGHTS: Guided tour, Changing of the Guards. Transfer to Soho.
In the early morning, comprehensive tour with local guide, lasting two hours and a half. We will see the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Oxford Street, Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Buckingham Palace and the famous Changing of the Guard (depending on the time of year). Afternoon at leisure. 18:30. In the evening, a stroll through Leicester Square, China Town and Soho, with its atmosphere, its theatres and its entertainment. Sit down for dinner at your preferred restaurant (Indian, Chinese, Thai, international, and so on) in the lively district. Return to hotel.
DAY 03 THU. London- Cambridge- York- Durham.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Picturesque countryside with hills and woods.
We start the day leaving London towards northern England. Our first stop is CAMBRIDGE to admire its beautiful residential colleges. After lunch, we will continue to YORK where its cathedral, Roman walls and lively shopping streets will create a charming memory, some free time to stroll around. Afterwards, we will continue north to DURHAM. Explore this charming medieval town full of life which has a wonderful cathedral right in front of the castle.
DAY 04 FRI. Durham- Alnwick- Edinburgh.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Cross into Scotland. Castles, views over the sea. Sightseeing of Edinburgh.
Today we will travel to Scotland, stopping in ALNWICK, a picturesque town with lovely gardens and a large medieval castle which was used in the Harry Potter films. We will continue to EDINBURGH, arriving at noon. This is Scotland’s capital city and one of the most active cities in Northern Europe. Its monumental centre has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its castle overlooks the city’s steep streets and parks. We will enjoy a sightseeing tour with a local guide.
DAY 05 SAT. Edinburgh- Pitlochry -Inverness- Loch Ness- Glasgow.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Magnificent countryside of high mountains and lakes. Boat trip. Loch Ness.
We continue to enjoy the stunning landscapes of the Scottish Highlands with a coffee and stroll in PITLOCHRY, a charming little village. We will continue and pass by INVERNESS in the north of Scotland, a city located very near the mysterious Loch Ness. After lunch we visit (entrance included) the URQUHART medieval castle, from here we will take a boat trip on the dark waters of the lake. Afterwards, we will pass through FORT AUGUST with its sluice gate system and FORT WILLIAM, the tourist centre at the foot of Ben Nevis (the highest summit in the United Kingdom). We will return south through the high plateaus where it is possible to glimpse the snow before visiting Loch Lomond, one of the most popular lakes in Scotland. We arrive in GLASGOW at the end of the day. Short stroll around the city centre and accommodation.
DAY 06 SUN. Glasgow- Belfast- Dublin.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Ferry to Ireland.
Today we will leave Glasgow heading towards southern Scotland. We will board a ferry in Cairnryan. Our journey takes us towards Northern Ireland, arriving in BELFAST, Northern Ireland’s capital city. This monumental city is overcoming its religious conflicts. We will resume our journey to EIRE in Ireland. Last stop will be DUBLIN, arriving at the end of the day.
DAY 07 MON. Dublin.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Sightseeing tour of Dublin.
We start the day with a sightseeing tour of DUBLIN, Ireland’s peaceful capital city. We will enjoy a stroll on the banks of River Liffey, visiting its parks, old university and its lively downtown streets. We will stroll around Trinity College (depending on the duration of sunlight, this visit may take place the afternoon before, upon arrival in Dublin). Afternoon at leisure.
DAY 08 TUE. Dublin- Caernarfon- Liverpool.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Ferry from Ireland to Wales. Maritime landscapes. Caernarfon.
We will board a fast ferry in the early morning. After a journey of two or three hours, we will arrive in Wales. We will visit CAERNARFON, a World Heritage site by the sea overlooked by an impressive castle. There will be time for lunch and a stroll. We continue to LIVERPOOL, where you will have a chance to visit The Beatles Story Exhibition.
DAY 09 WED. Liverpool- Stratford- Oxford- Portsmouth.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHT: Shakespeare’s hometown. Oxford. Night on board.
Today we explore Central England. We will visit STRATFORD UPON AVON, Shakespeare’s hometown. Time to take some lunch and a stroll. Afterwards, we will travel to OXFORD, a town renowned for its long-stablished universities, synonymous with study and culture. Kings, statesmen, philosophers and scientists have studied here! From there, we will head to PORTSMOUTH where we will embark in a modern ferry to France. You will spend the night onboard in en-suite, double berths (we recommend you prepare your hand luggage for the night on board, breakfast is not included on the ferry). Note: Due to ferry capacity and availability the night stretch of the itinerary may undergo changes.
DAY 10 THU. Mont Saint Michel- St. Malo- DinanRennes.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Mont Saint Michel and its abbey. Brittany region and the charming Dinan.
We land in Normandy and continue to the marvellous MONT SAINT MICHEL, with time to explore the city, surrounded by the sea and the abbey. Then, in Brittany, we stop at St. MALO, whose powerful walls defend the city. Time for lunch. In the afternoon, we continue to DINAN, a charming town in the region of Brittany. Take some time to explore this Breton village full of charm. We continue our way to RENNES, the capital of Brittany with its interesting and monumental historic centre.
DAY 11 FRI. Rennes – Angers- Tours- Villandry – Amboise.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Loire region and castles. Dinner included.
In the morning we will leave for ANGERS. Those who want can visit the castle that houses the largest medieval tapestry on the Apocalypse. After this we continue to the Loire Valley, visiting TOURS, the regional capital on the banks of the Loire River, with time for a stroll and to take lunch. In the afternoon we will visit the CHATEAU DE VILLANDRY, famous for its gardens and flowers (tickets to the gardens are included). Journey on to AMBOISE, a city with a very interesting medieval quarter. Dinner included. Note: Sometimes the accommodation may be offered in the city of Tours.
DAY 12 SAT. Amboise- Chenonceau-ChambordParis.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Castles of Loire.
A day to learn more about the Loire Region. First a stroll through Amboise in the early hours to the Clos Lucé mansion where Leonardo da Vinci spent the last 3 years of his life. Exploring the Loire region in a little more depth, we visit CHENONCEAU CASTLE (tickets included), built like a bridge over the River Cher. We continue to CHAMBORD, the largest castle of Loire (entrance to the park included). We will then depart to Paris. Arrival at around 18.00h.
DAY 13 SUN. Paris.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: City tour in Paris. Climb to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. Boat ride along the Seine. Evening transfer.
Today we take a guided tour to discover the history, main boulevards and the breathtaking monuments of Paris. We end the visit at the Eiffel Tower. You will have the opportunity to climb up to the second floor of this remarkable metal monument (ticket admission included). End your visit with a boat cruise along the River Seine, which divides the north of Paris from the south. Enjoy an afternoon of leisure to explore and relax! At sunset enjoy dinner in the Latin Quarter, a very picturesque historic area where a wide variety of international cuisines await you. We will then return to hotel. Note: Sometimes queues to climb the Eiffel Tower are long. For organizational reasons, if deemed appropriate, the climb can be made at a different time of the day (or Monday).
DAY 14 MON. Paris.-
TODAY’S HIGHLIGHTS: Time at leisure.
We will start the day by going to the centre of Paris, to the area of the Louvre Museum. Enjoy some leisure time to explore. If you wish, we can accompany you to Benlux, one of the most complete and best-known perfumeries in Paris. Note: For those who are interested, an optional excursion to Disneyland Paris is available.
DAY 15 TUE. Paris.-
After breakfast, end of our services.

- It is a general policy in the hotels that may request a deposit of money on arrival at each of the hotels where you will be staying. This deposit is charged at the time of check in and is refunded upon departure if you did not make any expenses at the hotel.
- The space in the holds of the coaches and in the train wagons is limited and this determines the maximum amount of luggage authorized per passenger on our circuits: one suitcase per person and one handbag. Carrying more luggage than allowed can be checked in at destination.
